As a condition of participating in the “Sales Summit” Giveaways/Contests (the “Promotion”), participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of 7th Level HQ (the “Company” or “Sponsor”), and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules.

Promotion Type
This Promotion may include skill-based contests, performance-based contests, random drawings, sweepstakes-style finalist selections, and other giveaways conducted during the live event. Each component of the Promotion will be conducted in accordance with these Official Rules and any supplemental instructions announced by Sponsor before the applicable component begins.
The Vehicle Prize component includes a random finalist-selection process followed by a skill-based final competition. Selection as a finalist does not guarantee receipt of the Vehicle Prize. The Vehicle Prize will be awarded only to the verified winner of the final skill-based competition.
Any chance-based drawing, sweepstakes, or giveaway will be conducted in a manner intended to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including applicable no-purchase, equal-odds, registration, bonding, disclosure, winner-verification, and tax-reporting requirements.
Eligibility
Giveaways/Contests are open to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of participation and who satisfy all participation requirements stated in these Official Rules and any supplemental instructions announced by Sponsor.
Directors, officers, employees, owners, managers, members, agents, representatives, independent contractors, consultants, vendors, event staff, judges, administrators, speakers, sponsors, affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any other individuals or entities involved in the development, administration, judging, promotion, execution, or fulfillment of the Promotion, and each of their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.
The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Promotional Period
The Promotion begins on July 10, 2026, and ends at the conclusion of the respective live event conducted between July 10–12, 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
How to Enter
To participate, entrants must:
- register for the “Sales Summit 2026” event;
- attend the applicable live event day on which the relevant contest, drawing, or giveaway is conducted;
- participate in the applicable contest, drawing, or giveaway in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions; and
- be physically present at the time of the applicable contest, drawing, finalist selection, prize competition, or prize awarding, unless Sponsor announces otherwise.
Participation may be limited to one (1) attempt, entry, or participation opportunity per eligible participant unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.
For any chance-based drawing, sweepstakes, or giveaway, no purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase or payment will not increase the chances of winning. Sponsor will provide any free method of entry or participation required by applicable law.
Contest Descriptions and Winner Selection
A. Rolex Prize Contest
Sponsor intends to award one (1) Rolex watch or comparable prize during the Event. The specific contest format, method of participation, contest mechanics, judging criteria, winner-selection procedure, timing, prize details, and approximate retail value will be announced by Sponsor before the applicable Rolex Prize Contest begins.
The Rolex Prize Contest will be conducted only in accordance with these Official Rules and any supplemental instructions announced by Sponsor before the contest begins. No person will be deemed to have entered, qualified for, or won the Rolex Prize Contest unless the participant satisfies all announced participation requirements and Sponsor verifies the participant’s compliance with these Official Rules.
Sponsor may structure the Rolex Prize Contest as a skill-based contest, judged competition, performance challenge, or other lawful promotional method. If the Rolex Prize Contest is conducted as a random drawing or other chance-based promotion, Sponsor will conduct it in a manner consistent with applicable law and the “No Purchase or Obligation Necessary” disclosure in these Official Rules.
B. Vehicle Prize – Mercedes-Benz
Sponsor intends to award one (1) Mercedes-Benz vehicle prize through a finalist-selection process followed by a skill-based competition conducted during the Event.
Finalist Selection
During the Event, Sponsor will randomly select three (3) eligible attendees to participate as finalists in the Vehicle Prize competition. Each eligible attendee will receive an opportunity to be selected as a finalist.
The random finalist selection will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee from among all eligible attendees present at the time of selection, or from another eligible attendee pool announced by Sponsor before the selection begins. Odds of being selected as a finalist depend on the number of eligible attendees included in the finalist-selection pool.
A selected finalist must be present, eligible, willing, and able to participate in the final skill-based competition at the time called by Sponsor. If a selected finalist is absent, ineligible, unwilling to participate, fails to respond when called, fails to follow Sponsor’s instructions, or is otherwise disqualified, Sponsor may select an alternate finalist by random drawing from among the remaining eligible attendees or may proceed with fewer finalists, in Sponsor’s discretion and subject to applicable law.
Selection as a finalist does not guarantee receipt of the Vehicle Prize. The Vehicle Prize will be awarded only to the verified winner of the final skill-based competition described below.
Final Round: Objection Handling Showdown
The selected finalists will compete in a final live “Objection Handling Showdown.” The final round will test each finalist’s objection-handling skills through one or more live scenarios, role-play prompts, timed responses, business objections, audience-facing presentations, or other performance tasks selected by Sponsor.
Before the final round begins, Sponsor will announce the final competition format, performance instructions, judging criteria, scoring method, timing, and tie-breaking procedure. The winner will be determined based on demonstrated objection-handling skill and performance, not by random chance.
Sponsor may use Sponsor-appointed judges, audience voting, or a combination of both to score the final round, provided that all scoring is based on the announced skill criteria. If audience voting is used, audience members will be instructed to vote based on the finalists’ demonstrated objection-handling performance and not based on popularity, personal relationship, ticket tier, purchase amount, or any factor unrelated to the announced criteria.
The announced skill criteria may include, without limitation:
- ability to identify the objection;
- clarity and structure of response;
- persuasiveness;
- professionalism;
- use of relevant 7th Level skillsets
- composure under pressure;
- Overall quality of objection-handling performance.
In the event of a tie, voting irregularity, technical failure, insufficient audience participation, suspected manipulation, or other issue affecting the integrity of the final round, Sponsor may apply a pre-announced tie-breaker, require an additional skill-based challenge round, appoint judges to determine the winner using the stated criteria, disregard improper votes or scores, or take another reasonable action designed to preserve fairness and compliance with applicable law.
The finalist with the highest verified score, vote, reaction ranking, or combined result under the announced scoring method will be deemed the potential winner of the Vehicle Prize.
All decisions of Sponsor and Sponsor-appointed judges regarding finalist selection, scoring, voting, tie-breakers, winner determination, and verification are final and binding, except where prohibited by law.
C. Additional Ad Hoc Giveaways
Where applicable, these may be distributed via drawing or other permitted methods consistent with applicable law.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants and/or entries.

Prizes are not assignable or transferable. No cash equivalents will be allowed except as expressly stated in these Official Rules or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.
Winners are solely responsible for all costs associated with prize acceptance and use, including but not limited to:
- Federal, state, and local taxes
- Title, registration, and licensing
- Insurance
- Transportation or delivery
- Emissions or smog compliance
Winner’s Notification and Claim
Winners will be announced during the live event and contacted via email using registration information.
- Sponsor will attempt contact up to two (2) times.
- Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification.
- Prizes must be claimed during the event or within the specified claim period.
- Winner must complete all “Winner Requirements” mentioned below.
Failure to comply will result in forfeiture and possible selection of an alternate winner.
Winner Requirements
Winners may be required to complete and return:
- Affidavit of eligibility
- Liability release
- Publicity release (where permitted)
- IRS Form W-9 and/or 1099 documentation
- Any required transfer or ownership documents (for vehicle prize)
Failure to complete required documentation within seven (7) days will result in forfeiture.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by entering the Giveaway/Sweepstakes, as a condition of participating in this Giveaway/Sweepstakes, participant agrees to the use by 7th Level HQ and their designees of participant’s name, photograph, video submission, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and city and state address, for advertising and promotional purposes, as well as use on the Company’s website, worldwide, including, but not limited to, attribution as author of Participant’s Story (should one be submitted), and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised without additional compensation (beyond the Prizes mentions in Section 4), review or approval rights, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law. At the option of 7th Level HQ, participants and/or winners of any prize may be required to execute a Publicity Release. The Company reserves the right to raw video footage taken during live events and may screenshot and/ or edit files for promotional purposes. PARTICIPANTS FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PARTICIPANT’S IDENTIFYING INFORMATION MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PLACING PARTICIPANT’S NAME ON A WINNERS’ LIST AND/OR HAVING PARTICIPANT’S NAME IDENTIFIED AS THE AUTHOR OF THE STORY AND/OR PHOTOGRAPH PARTICIPANT SUBMITTED AS IT MAY BE PUBLISHED ON THE COMPANY’S WEBSITE. BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY/SWEEPSTAKES, EACH PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT (1) PARTICIPANT HAS OPTED-IN TO SPONSORS’ PRIVACY POLICY FOUND ON THE SWEEPSTAKES LANDING PAGE; AND (2) BY OPTING-IN, THAT PARTICIPANT HAS READ AND CONSENTS TO SPONSORS’ PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates these Official Rules
- Engages in fraud, tampering, or misconduct
- Fails to meet eligibility requirements
Limitation of Liability
7th Level HQ is not responsible for: (1) stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, undeliverable or incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, illegible entries due to printing, typographical, human or other errors relating to or in connection with the Giveaway/Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway/Sweepstakes, the mailing of entries, notification or correspondence, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or other error in any Giveaway/Sweepstakes related materials; (2) technical failures of any kind; (3) failures of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway/Sweepstakes; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway/Sweepstakes; (5) technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway/Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participant’s participation in the Giveaway/Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. If for any reason an participant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed, corrupted or for any other reason not accepted as an entry into the Giveaway/Sweepstakes, participant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Giveaway/Sweepstakes at 7th Level HQ’s sole discretion. 7th Level HQ’s’ decisions are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway/Sweepstakes. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway/Sweepstakes, participant agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and it’s related parent and/or affiliated entities, subsidiaries, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively, “Releasees”) from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Giveaway/Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse (including any travel or travel-related activity thereto) of the Prize. Participants agree that any disputes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State and/or territory designated by the Company. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway/ Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (1) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (2) all claims arising out of or connected with this Giveaway/Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (3) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred. Participant waives any right to seek an award of attorneys’ fees. 7th Level HQ reserves the right to modify prize award procedures. If, in the Company’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Giveaway/Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway/Sweepstakes, the Company reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Giveaways/Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Giveaway/Sweepstakes and may conduct a random drawing to award the Prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing as of the termination date. Any attempts by an individual to access any website associated with this promotion via robotic, automatic entry devices, programs such as, but not limited to, by script, macro or any other automated means, or other unauthorized entry will void all such entries by such methods. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE 7th LEVEL HQ’S’ WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GIVEAWAY/SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK CIVIL AND/OR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
Force Majeure/Cancellation
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if events beyond its control (including but not limited to acts of God, weather, pandemic, technical failures, or venue issues) compromise the integrity or feasibility of the Promotion.
Arbitration and Disputes
As a condition of participating in these Giveaway/Sweepstakes, Participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims arising out of or connected with these Giveaway/Sweepstakes, or the Prizes awarded, or the determination of the winner shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering these Giveaway/Sweepstakes), and the Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or Participant’s rights and obligations or 7th Level HQ’s’ rights and obligations in connection with these Giveaway/Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of of the State and/or Territory designated by the Company without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and all, if any, proceedings shall take place in the State and/or Territory designated by the Company.
Privacy
Participant information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of personal information for Promotion administration and related business purposes.
